Refund & Cancellation Policy
Plans change. Here's exactly how cancellations and refunds work β by program type, with no fine print, no surprises.
π‘ Plain-language summary: Refund amount depends on (a) which type of program you booked and (b) how far in advance you cancel. Like Korean honors all refunds processed through Toss Payments. Force majeure events (natural disaster, visa rejection, medical emergency, flight cancellation) are always 100% refundable with documentation.
By program type
Each program type has different cancellation costs because preparation effort and locked-in expenses (instructor scheduling, venue booking, accommodations, transport) vary. Find the section that matches what you booked.
