K-FOOD Youth Bridge Global Cohort: 2 Weeks in Korea
K-Food Journey is a 2-week cultural experience program for young people who want to discover Korea through food, language, and local life.
Participants will live in Daegu, take Korean language classes, meet local K-Buddies, explore traditional markets, learn Korean cooking, and experience the stories behind Korean food culture. The program includes cooking workshops, market missions, local food tours, menu development, final tasting preparation, and a presentation-style food showcase.
This program is perfect for participants who want to experience Korea beyond sightseeing. Through food, participants will learn how Koreans eat, communicate, gather, and share culture.
Airport pickup, transfer to Daegu, dormitory check-in, welcome orientation, safety briefing, and first group meeting.
Daily Korean classes, introduction to Korean food culture, K-Buddy matching, Daegu city orientation, and basic food-related Korean expressions.
Korean cooking workshops, kimchi-making experience, local market missions, hidden food spot tour, Korean table manners, and weekend trip to Gyeongju.
Fusion menu development, final cooking rehearsal, plating practice, tasting event preparation, final food presentation, certificate ceremony, and farewell party.

Refund amount depends on how far in advance you cancel and the length of the program.
